Your order number It looks like #1636. It's for writing to us, not for tracking the package.
Your tracking number It's longer, often around fifteen characters with letters. You receive it by email when the order is shipped, not when you place it. That's the one you need to enter here.
How long will it take
order received
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Preparation
1 to 2 business days.
Shipping
You will receive a second email with your tracking number.
Delivery
5 to 10 working days after shipment, i.e. 6 to 12 working days in total.

My tracking hasn't changed for several days.
That's normal. The tracking updates at each checkpoint, and it may remain silent for a few days between scans. Your package is still moving.
My number is not working
Make sure you're using the tracking number and not the order number. If your order has just been placed, the tracking number doesn't exist yet; it's generated when the package is shipped. And right after shipping, it can sometimes take a few days for tracking to become active.
My package is overdue
Write to us with your order number, and we'll check with the carrier. If the package is officially declared lost, we'll resend it to you free of charge or give you a refund.
The tracking says it was delivered, but I haven't received anything.
First, check around the door, at a neighbor's house, and at the nearest post office. If you've already done these checks, write to us, and we'll open an investigation.
I want to change my address or add an apartment number
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected full address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll modify it.
