Preparation takes a maximum of 24 business hours. Then, Canada Post delivers within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your region. Generally, you receive your package between 3 and 6 days after your order.
You receive it by email right after your purchase (subject: "SuperCalm Order Confirmation"). Please check your spam folder if you can't find it. The number often starts with # followed by 4 or 5 digits.
Don't panic! First, check the status above. If your package is overdue by more than 7 business days, contact us at contact.supracalm@gmail.com with your order number. We'll sort it out with you.
As long as your order hasn't shipped, yes! Email us as soon as possible at contact.supracalm@gmail.com with your order number and the new address. Once shipped, we cannot make any changes.
We deliver across Canada via Canada Post. From Yukon to Newfoundland, including all regions of Quebec. Fees vary depending on the destination, but it's free for purchases of $60 or more!
