TERMS OF SALE — SUPERCALM

1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the SUPERCALM site, operated by RICHARTS LLC.
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2. Our products
SUPERCALM sells natural drinks and food supplements intended for well-being and stress management.
The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are for illustration purposes and are not absolutely contractually binding.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on the site. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are specified before the order is confirmed.
RICHARTS LLC reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without notice. The prices applied are those displayed at the time of the order.
4. Orders
To place an order, simply:
- Select your pack and flavours
- Add to cart
- Enter your delivery details
- Choose your payment method
- Confirm your order
You will receive an immediate confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, inaccurate information or payment issues.
5. Payment
Payments are secured through our approved providers. Available payment methods are:

6. Delivery

SUPERCALM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs formalities or events beyond our control.
7. Right of withdrawal and 30-day guarantee
In accordance with applicable laws, you have a right of withdrawal. In addition, SUPERCALM offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

8. Products excluded from returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, some opened or unsealed products may not be eligible for physical return, but remain covered by the 30-day guarantee.
9. Warranties
The legal warranties applicable under consumer protection regulations remain in force.

Our products are food supplements and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

11. Liability
RICHARTS LLC cannot be held liable for indirect damages, business losses or consequences of improper use of the products.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the SUPERCALM site (text, images, branding, visuals, videos, logos) is protected and remains the exclusive property of RICHARTS LLC. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
13. Personal data
